Regular HALL HIRE

To register interest in hiring our hall regularly, or for a one-off event please complete and submit the form below.

To view the hall, please pop along to a Cub or Scout evening from 7 PM to 8:30 PM on Wednesday and Thursday nights during school term time.

• Kitchen with stove, microwave, and fridge (no oven).

• 8 Tables and 30 Chairs available

• Male and female toilets with showers

• Open grass parkland

• Free council car park next door

• Harbord Bowling Club next door offers catering

• Close to public transport (166, 167 & 165X Bus)

Responsibility of people Hiring the Hall​

• The hall and surrounding area must be cleaned after use with the hall swept clean.

• The toilets must be cleaned after use.

• The kitchen must be left clean.

• No Plastic balloons, glitter or small toys

• Your Rubbish must be taken away after your event

• You will be charged for extra cleaning or repairs to damage.

Bond

We retain the right to request a bond to cover cleaning/ damage.

Long term rentals

Priority is given to long-term rentals

Film and TV Location

Our hall is ideal as a location for film and TV due to its location and ample daytime parking.
