1st / 2nd Harbord Scouts Be Prepared!

Bikes must be road worthy with front & rear lights - no exceptions. Click for more details...

This means:
• Tyres fully inflated, no leaks
• Wheels turn freely
• Brakes work
• Gears (if fitted) work & scout knows how to use them.
• All nuts & bolts tightened
• Front & rear reflectors fitted
• Front & rear lights fitted securely, & fully charged or with fresh batteries
• Helmet essential

Parents are encouraged to ride along on the 2nd night. (4th August)
I will lead, other leaders & any parent helpers attending will be dispersed throughout the scouts.
We will be able to communicate with 3x UHF radios, & mobile phones.
I'll need a parent & vehicle with a tow bar or a bike rack to meet us at certain points along the way to pick up any broken down bikes &/or scouts! Please let me know if you can assist.
